Hi, I'm Flor Vergara — a real estate professional who leads with care, intent, and results.

Since 2021, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process from start to finish. I started my real estate career in Houston, Texas, where I worked for five years, and I’m now proudly licensed in Florida. No matter the market, I approach every transaction with the same commitment: to make it seamless, strategic, and truly centered on my clients’ needs.

I specialize in residential listings and put my background as a former marketing executive to work to make every property stand out. Before real estate, I spent over a decade negotiating high-level contracts and leading marketing efforts for a Latin American oil and gas company — experience that sharpened my skills in strategy, communication, and negotiation. I also ran a scuba diving excursion business in Miami, where I learned how to connect with clients on a personal level and create memorable, trusted experiences.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Ozarks and an MBA from Georgia State University. That foundation helps me combine data-driven insights with human-centered service — a balance I bring to every deal.
